CranioSacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a subtle, calming form of bodywork that enhances the body's natural healing process. This gentle, but powerful, technique releases soft tissue restrictions at the deepest level. Craniosacral therapy is effective for such problems as tension headaches, temporomadibular joint dysfunction, chronic fatigue and neck and back pain.

Your therapist will do a comprehensive intake and gather information on your goals for the session. They will then use gentle pressure techniques to assess the existence of possible disruptions and/or restrictions in your fascial system. Differently than an integrative massage session you will remain clothed for the duration of your CranioSacral Treatment.

Gratuity Included

Great for the CranioSacral regular interested in a tune up or focus session. Also effective for those who have had work done with their cranial rhythm recently through this or another modality; when this is the case less time is often needed to unwind tension and address issues.

Back Massage

90 minutes

Our therapists recommend this session for all first-time CranioSacral recipients as it allows them more time to acquaint with you, your body and your issues. This longer session also allows for greater unwinding and clearing of tension, especially for pain related issues. 

We believe it is our job to provide a living wage for our therapists, not yours. Therefore, the rate you are paying for your session includes a gratuity percentage and you are not expected to leave a tip.

That being said, if your therapist blows you out of the water or you feel inspired to leave

them additional gratuity on top of the session rate, please feel free to do so and know

they will receive it with gratitude as a gift of your appreciation!

Cancellation Policy

No show appointments will be charged the full price of the session booked.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours or less will be charged a $50 cancellation fee
(pending exceptions listed below) . If we are ever able to re-book your appointment
slot with such short notice, this fee will be waived.

If you are feeling under the weather in any small way, we ask that you cancel or reschedule your service.  If you are able to reschedule, there will be no fee. If we are able to fill your appointment
slot, there will be no fee. If the two previous options don't work out, we will charge a $15 cancellation
fee that will be paid directly to your therapist. We appreciate your understanding in this!
